Devide the Maggi in two half, steamed the one half and second half as it is, when steamed is done keep aside to cool separately

Heat oil in pan add onion, when translucent switch of gas and keep aside to cool

Add some salt in spinach and spring onion and left to release water, when done squeeze all water with help of palm and transfer in translucent onion

Add chopped coriander, sumac powder, salt, peprika, mixed herb, dry mint, salt, Tastemaker in Spincah and onion and mix well

Whisked egg in a mixing bowl add curd, fresh cream, melted butter, Maggi Tastemaker, milk & water mixture and mix well

For layering, spread half of raw Maggi in oven proof pan, pour some curd and egg mixture over this

Arrange the spinach mixture layer over the raw Maggi layer evenly

Now again arrange the steamed maggi over the spinach layer, make marks of even shape in this
9.
Now bake this in preheated for 20 to 25 minutes at 180*

Now spread some Mozzarella Cheese over it and again bake this for 5 minutes

Now left out, sprinkle some mint and coriander leaves, and serve hot with Maggi Tomato Ketchup for more taste.
