Ingredients For Turkish Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sago in half cup hot water for half an hour.
  • 2. In a pan mix milk ,whipping cream,condensed milk ,then add cinnamon stick ,orange zest heat it.
  • 3. Boil it for 15 minutes ,swtich off the flame cover the pan for 1 hour.
  • 4. Meanwhile prepare cornflour slurry.
  • 5. After one hour, remove cinnamon stick and orange zest from the pan ,add cornflour slurry ,rose water, powdered sugar.
  • 6. Mix all well in pan,add liquid food color of ur choice,it's optional u can avoid it too.
  • 7. Now add sago,and heat everything again for 15 minutes.
  • 8. Switch off the flame.
  • 9. Now let this pudding come to room temperature ,fill it in serving bowls ,garnish it with rose petals.
  • 10. Chill it in refregirator for 3 -4 hours ,serve chill.
