Methods
  • 1. Take heavy bottom pan and add milk to it. Start boiling milk until it reduces to half.
  • 2. Stir continuously so it does not stick down.
  • 3. Now when it reduces to half turn off flame and allow to cool till it reaches room temperature.
  • 4. Now add honey, banana, turmeric powder and blend using blender.
  • 5. Now add some more chopped Banana and chia seeds.
  • 6. Now keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled.
