Wash poha with water. Drain water and keep it in a bowl.

In another bowl add chopped veggies, onion, ginger, green chili, grated potatoes, soaked poha and all spices. Mix everything we'll.

Make small sized ball. Fill a piece of cheese in middle and cover. Make all balls like this

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all prepared veg. Cheese balls on medium flame. Fry till golden brown in color from both the sides. Remove from oil and keep it in tissue paper.

In a bowl add hung curd, mix herbs and salt to taste. Mix well.

Serve hot vegetables poha cheese balls sprinkle some chaat masala with curd dip.
