Today I have made uttapam in a very unique way, in which I have used pizza seasoning and maggi magic masala . Believe me it tastes very different and tasty. My children liked it. It is good for breakfast.
If you keep rawa and curd mixture to rest for 2-3 hrs , the result will be much better. Add vegetables of your choice. Always cook it on low flame ,make sure Uttapum is cooked well from inside. If you are not using nonstick tawa then grease your regular iron tawa with oil properly.
