I prepared this healthy smoothie recipe using almond milk, apple and oats. Additionally to enhance the flavour I added sugar, Cardamom powder and nutmeg. You can also use soy milk, coconut milk. It is very easy and quick recipe that you can prepare in less time.
You can use soy milk and coconut milk in this recipe. Also if you are not preparing vegan recipe then you can use normal milk and instead of sugar you can use honey. Quantity of sugar you can increase or decrease according to you taste.
