Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash and cut all the vegetables.
  • 2. Now heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin seeds, then add green chilies and curry leaves.
  • 3. Now add onion and saute well for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add all the vegetables and spices and mix well And cook for 2 minut.
  • 5. Now add 3 cup water and let it boil, Now put Dalia in it and cover the cooker and cook till 3 whistles come.
  • 6. When the cooker cools down, open it and add green coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
