Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add sooji and roasted it 6_8 minutes.
  • 2. Keep aside for cool down
  • 3. Take a bowl add water boiled it add green peas , carrot.boiled 2 minutes.
  • 4. Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 5. Add Mustard seeds,hing, chopped green chillies, curry leaves.
  • 6. Add chopped onion saute it till golden brown.
  • 7. Add boiled green peas, carrot.
  • 8. Add salt.
  • 9. Add roasted sooji. Mixed it.
  • 10. Saute it 5 minutes.
  • 11. Add hot water mixed it. Properly
  • 12. Cover it 5 minutes.
  • 13. Served it.
  • 14. Garnish with fresh coriander.
