Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add hing and cumin seeds. Splutter the cumin seeds in hot ghee.

Add chopped ginger-green chili and saute for a second. Add chopped onions and saute till they become transparent.

Add tomatoes and saute for a minute. Add all veggies and saute for 2 minutes. Keep stirring. Rinse the dalia and add to the veggies. Stir for 1 minute.

Add salt and water . Stir and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles. Remove from heat and open the lid after steam goes off. Serve hot.
