Healthy Veggies Oats chila
This is very simple and easy recipe using oats flour and vegetables of your choice. It is indian style Oats chila make a very healthy breakfast or perfect for evening snack.

Take oats in a pan and roast them for 2-3 mins. In a grinder jar, grind them to flour. Now In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well and make a pouring batter by adding water to it.

Add all the veggies to it and adjust the water to pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, grease it and add ladle full of batter and spread evenly.

Flip and Cook it from both sides till golden brown. Serve these very very healthy and tasty oats veggies chila with ketchup or any chutney or any dip.
