Helo everyone today I am sharing so yummi and filled with lots of veggies my kids favourite"veggie stuffed buns" it's so delicious and very easy to make.with less oil and anytime or u can say for any party or get to gather u can make it.my kids are always enjoy this even my family too.so let's go to make it.

Here I have applied egg yolk on buns that is the only non vegetarian thing I added if u want u can apply butter on buns so it will become pure veg recipe.it can take more 5-10 min extra or less it's depend on ur oven type.if u want to make it spicy so u can add red chillie powder.

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 big bowl add maida,yeast,milk powder,sugar,salt and oil mix it well.
  • 2. Take small small portion of luckwarm water knead dough, atleast for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Apply oil on dough keep side till making filling.
  • 4. Now put kadai on high flame add 1 spoon oil. Add chopped cabbage, Carrot,capsicum and fry it.
  • 5. Now add salt,black pepper powder and mix it well.
  • 6. Just fry veggies don't cook it.
  • 7. Now shift that mixture in plate let it cool down.
  • 8. Now take dough knead it again for 5 minutes with help of dry maida flour.
  • 9. Now divide it into equal portion and make small small balls of it.
  • 10. Now take 1 ball just flat it round same like puri.
  • 11. Now take our veggie mixture add ketchup and schezwan chutney and grated cheese into it.
  • 12. Keep mixture by spoon in center of it and bind it like bun.
  • 13. Do same with all balls and make buns.
  • 14. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, now take tray apply oil and keep all buns on it.
  • 15. Now take egg yolk mix it well and apply on buns and spread some sesame seeds on it.
  • 16. Keep tray in oven for 30 min on 180 degree.
  • 17. Serve with ketchup.
