In a pan boil milk and add whole sugar and give it one boil

In a mixy churn sago to a fine powder then seive it

Now add this sago powder to boiling milk and stir it well till milk thickens

To this milk add saffron strings and cardamom powder mix all well

Now let this milk come to room temperature and strain it with a stainer and keep this prepared custard in freeze for 5-6 hrs to get chilled

Now in serving bowl take chill chopped Bananas, chilled chopped chikus, chilled chopped apple, pomegranate, almonds flakes then pour this prepared chilled custard on it
7.
Now garnish it with silver varak and rose petals
