U can add as many dryfruits u like here to have ,but I have just added grated almond flakes.chill all chopped fruits in freeze then pour custard on it

Methods
  • 1. In a pan boil milk and add whole sugar and give it one boil
  • 2. In a mixy churn sago to a fine powder then seive it
  • 3. Now add this sago powder to boiling milk and stir it well till milk thickens
  • 4. To this milk add saffron strings and cardamom powder mix all well
  • 5. Now let this milk come to room temperature and strain it with a stainer and keep this prepared custard in freeze for 5-6 hrs to get chilled
  • 6. Now in serving bowl take chill chopped Bananas, chilled chopped chikus, chilled chopped apple, pomegranate, almonds flakes then pour this prepared chilled custard on it
  • 7. Now garnish it with silver varak and rose petals
  • 8. Serve it
