Put wheat flour, salt, curd, turmeric powder in a mixing bowl and add water and mix it well.

Make a medium thick batter, there should be no lumps. You can make cheela in a jiffy.

Now add all the vegetables onion, carrot, capsicum, red capsicum, green chili, coriander leaves and mix everything well.

You can add vegetables of your choice. Mix the vegetables by adding them to the solution, if the solution seems a little thick, then add water as needed and mix.

Take a non-stick pan and heat the pan on medium flame.When the pan becomes hot, grease the pan with oil.

Now put 2-3 tbsp batter on the hot pan and spread it a little thickly.With the help of a spoon, put a few drops of oil on the top, and let the chilla cook from below for a few minutes.

When you see that the top surface of the cheela has changed, turn the cheela over and cook the other side as well. This time keep the flame medium and cook till golden spots appear from the bottom side.

Now take a chilla, put some chaat masala in it and roll it.Cut the roll in half and serve with green chutney of your choice and tomato ketchup.
