How to make Wheat flour Cheesiano Parathazza Recipe

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, Refined wheat flour, oil and salt. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.

Now add water as required and knead dough.knead smooth and soft dough. Grease the dough with oil to prevent from drying. Cover with moist cloth and rest for 20 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing onion, paneer, green chilli, corn, coriander leaves, asafoetida,Red chilli powder, oregano, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt to taste and cheese.

Now once the dough has rested, pinch a ball sized dough and flatten and roll it in a circle.

Place stuffing in the centre.Take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre.Also join the pleats together and secure tight.

Sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute.

When the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza parathaalso brush oil and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

Serve hot Wheat flour Cheesiano Parathazza with green coriander chutney/tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!
