Take a pot add water and sugar mix it then add wheat flour step by step and make a lumps free batter. Now add gaam flour and mix it then add Chopped almonds and cashews and cardamom powder mix it again . Keep it aside for five minutes for rest.

Now take a frying pan add ghee and Keep it on low to medium flame . When ghee turn hot add 1 spoon batter in ghee and fry it till golden brown then turn it and again fry it till light golden brown then remove this Malpua from ghee and squeeze ghee with turner and a spoon and keep it a side.

Fry all mapuas like this and garnish with shredded almond and pistachios and serve it hot with the Rabadi so our Wheat flour Malpuas are ready to serve
