Take wheat flour. Add all dry ingrediants and ghee. Mix it well. Crumbled it with your hands. Then add water & make semi soft dough of mathri. Keep aside for 15 minutes

Make balls of dough & roll it. With the help of folk make holes on it. Then with small katori cut out the round shape mathri. And deep fry mathri in hot oil. You can make any different shape also.
3.
When ever it cools down store in an air tight container.
