Methods
  • 1. Firstly I made seviyan by wheat flour in my home. You can purchase directly from market.Take a pan and dry roast the wheat flour seviyan on medium flame till aroma comes and color become some golden brown, keep string
  • 2. Add ghee and mix another 5-7 minutes
  • 3. Now add water,milk,sugar,and cardamom powder and continue string
  • 4. Once all the moisture has evoporated from the pan turn off the flame
  • 5. Cover the seviyan with a lid and let it rest for about 2 minutes
  • 6. Serve in a plate and garnish with chopped dryfruits.
