Firstly I made seviyan by wheat flour in my home. You can purchase directly from market.Take a pan and dry roast the wheat flour seviyan on medium flame till aroma comes and color become some golden brown, keep string

Add ghee and mix another 5-7 minutes

Now add water,milk,sugar,and cardamom powder and continue string

Once all the moisture has evoporated from the pan turn off the flame
5.
Cover the seviyan with a lid and let it rest for about 2 minutes
6.
Serve in a plate and garnish with chopped dryfruits.
