Forsy prepare the dough by mixing up 2 cups wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste. Add in water as required and knead to smooth dough. Cover with moist cloth and rest for 30 minutes

To make stuffing for wheat Momos in a bowl add onion, cabbage, carrot and salt mix well and keep the stuffing aside.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Further pinch a small ball and flatten. Now dust with some wheat flour and start to roll using rolling pin.

Roll to almost medium thin circle. Around 4-5 inch in diameter make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick.

Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in centre. Start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything. Press in middle and seal the Momos forming a bundle

Heat a steamer and arrange the Momos in the tray without touching each other
7.
Steam Momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it.
8.
Finally serve wheat Momos hot with ketchup or Momos sauce
