Methods
  • 1. First to make pickled onions . Add lime juice and salt to sliced onions and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now heat one tortilla on both sides and transfer to a plate.
  • 3. Spread cheese spread first then mix in the three sauces and spread evenly.
  • 4. Layer it with 2 spoons of rice , followed by cooked kidney beans that had been soaked for 8 hours and pressure cooked for 6 whistles with salt.
  • 5. Once the kidney beans is added top it off with grated carrots tomato and onions .
  • 6. Now wrap it garnish with coriander and serve with pickled onions.
  • 7. Please add salt to grated carrot tomato and give it a mix before layering it.
  • 8. Repeat the process for other tortillas also .
