Be careful while consuming it !
This pack of Bagrry's protein muesli is packed with the goodness of whey protein which is just apt for a serving. Having a good amount of carbohydrate it surely makes up for a fulfilling meal. But as it is high in fat content it is better that people with blood pressure and weight issues try and limit the intake of this product.
