Ingredients For Aloo Gajar and Matar sabzi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • 2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add little water if required.
  • 3. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles. Remove from the flame and allow steam to release.
  • 4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or paratha
