Ingredients For Beetroot Sabzi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a Kadhai on medium flame add 2 tbsp oil to it. Add the Cumin seeds followed by fresh curry leaves . Now add pinch of Asafoetida and Turmeric.
  • 2. Add the soaked and drained Chana dal and Urad dal. Stir for a minute or so.
  • 3. Now add the chopped Beetroot and mix well. Add salt and red Chili powder. Mix properly and cover cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • 4. Lastly add the scrapped fresh coconut then stir it well and put off the flame.
  • 5. Transfer it in a severing bowl and serve with chapati or poori .
