Ingredients For Dal Dhokali Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  • 2. Add salt, oil, danyia jeera Powder n haldi, red chilli powder (1/2 the quantity)
  • 3. Knead into soft dough
  • 4. Now take a pan , add 2 tablespoon of oil, add curry leaves, hing, whole masala n add cooked dal.
  • 5. Now add danyia jeera Powder, haldi n red chilli powder n ginger n green chilli paste.
  • 6. Mix it well, add tomato paste n salt. Slow down the flame.
  • 7. Now roll the chapati out of dough, cut into square n put into the masala dal.
  • 8. Cook the wheat Dhokali into the dal on a v slow flame, so that it gets cooked.
  • 9. Finally add tamarind paste n jaggery.
  • 10. Garnish with green chili n curry leaves n serve hot.
