Ingredients For Lahsuni Palak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1st boil water and blanch spinach leaves. Transfar in drainner and pour cold water.
  • 2. Transfer spinach in mixture jar followed by green chili and make puree.
  • 3. Heat half amount of ghee and butter in wok.
  • 4. Add onion and sute it for 30 seconds on full flame.
  • 5. Add besan and continue stir it till aromatic.
  • 6. Add spinach Puree followed by all spice accept kashmiri red chili.
  • 7. Add water as per required and adjust consistency and let it boil.
  • 8. In another wok heat remain amount of ghee and butter. Add garlic and saute it Add cumin seeds and let it crack.
  • 9. Now switch off the flame and let it little cool. Dilute red chili powder in water and pour it in garlic mixture.
  • 10. Now add this garlic tempranig in spinach Puree. So our lahsuni Palak is ready.
