In a bowl add paneer, cashew powder, corn flour and 1/4 tsp salt . Mix everything well and Make small sized balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all paneer balls On medium flame. Fry till they turn light brown in color. Fry cashew nuts in same pan and keep in a plate.

In a bowl soak saffron thread in 2 tsp milk.

Heat Ghee in a pan. Add whole spices and Ginger- green chili paste and saute on medium flame for 1 sec. Now add cooked rice and mix.

Add saffron milk, salt to taste, some fried cashew and paneer balls. Mix everything with light hands. Remove from heat.

Now cover silver berq on remaining paneer balls. Serve hot moti pulao Garnish with Silver berq coated paneer balls, fried cashew and coriander, pudina leaves.
