Ingredients For Pepper Paneer Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil onions and cashewnuts nicely then keep it too cool , then grind into smooth paste.
  • 2. Then in another pan, add butter, fry chopped ginger till it changes its colour.
  • 3. Then add the paste keep stirring till it leaves its sides.
  • 4. Then add black pepper powder , kasturi methi and mix well, then add little milk, and keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick.
  • 5. Then add panneer and garam masala powder and mix well . Then pour it in the bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves an sprinkle black pepper powder over it.
