Quiona with Burnt Garlic Veggies recipe

Quinoa are rich in protein and fibre. And it is also diabetic friendly grain. I have prepared this simple recipe using quinoa and other exotic vegetables. It is very easy to make and full of nutritions.

Recipe Notes

You can add vegetables of your choice. Here I have prepared gravy vegetables by adding water you can skip adding water. Also if you want to make thick gravy then you can add cornflour slurry to it. You can also add red chilli sauce instead of garlic Chutney.

Ingredients For Quiona with Burnt Garlic Veggies recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add quiona into it. Wash quinoa properly.
  • 2. Add quinoa and water into pressure cooker and add salt to taste.
  • 3. Cook quinoa on medium flame until 1 whistle. After that turn off the flame. Let it rest.
  • 4. Now take a pan and add oil or butter into it. When butter turns hot add garlic and sautĂ© it.
  • 5. Add ginger chilli paste and cook it for 1/2 minute. After that add all the vegetables one by one and sautĂ© it for 4-5 minutes on high flame by continuously stirring it.
  • 6. Now add salt and pepper to taste. And mix it well. Add schezwan chutney according to taste and mix it.
  • 7. Add water as require and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. After that turn off the flame.
  • 8. Take out cooked quiona from pressure cooker and serve hot.
  • 9. Quinoa with burnt garlic veggies is ready to be serve.
