For lauki, fristly take a lauki then remove the skin and cut into 3 part and scoop it

Boil water, adds a pinch of turmeric powder, salt. Boil the lauki till 90% boiled. Strain & keep aside. Let it cool.

Next take one bowl add the paneer,khoya , ginger,green chillies,fennel seeds, cardamom powder,black pepper powder, corinder and salt mix it nicely . Mixture are readyStuff lauki with paneer mixture,stuff tightly

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed lauki on medium flame till light golden from all sides. Remove on an absorbent paper.

For gravyHeat oil in kadai add the cumin seeds, green cardamom, black cardamom,star,dalchini,cloves, black pepper saute for a whileNext add the garlic ginger chilli saute for a while then add the onion saute for 2 minutes,till onion turns light brown ,add the tomato,salt to taste and cook till tomatoes get pulpy

Last add the cashews, poppy seeds, Coconut powder and mix well. cook for 5 to 7 minutes .once cool it. Then grind it to make a fine pasteHeat oil in a kadai add the paste , turmeric, Red chilli powder, garam masala ,cumin powder, water and salt mix nicley. cover and cook for 5-7min on low to medium heat

Next add fresh malai and kasturi methi mix nicley . cover and cook till the oil come surfaces .gravy are ready Cut very gently lauki ringsTake serving plate pour the hot gravy and place on top the lauki rings .and garnish with coriander
