1.
First of all, take a vessel and mix flour and salt and ghee in it, then knead the dough by mixing milk in it. The dough should not be kneaded very hard. When the dough is kneaded, cover it and keep it on the side for 30 minutes.
2.
After 30 minutes mash it with some oil. Now make small balls out of it. Then take a ball out of it and roll its roti. The roti should not be very thin. Then cut long strips out of this roti. Then put it on the round cookie cutter. So that it takes the shape of a ring. Now keep the oil on the other side to heat.
3.
When the oil becomes hot, keep these rings in it for frying. As soon as it is fried, it will remove the cutter, then fry it till it becomes golden brown from both the sides. Then take it out on the tissue paper and keep it to cool down. Prepare all the rings in the same way.
4.
Now boil the potato with steam only. And keep it smashed. Now heat ghee in a vessel and then add smashed potato in it and shake it on low flame. When it gets cooked a little, then add sugar to it and keep roasting it till all the water that has happened in it gets burnt.Â
5.
Then put poppy seeds, cream and saffron threads in it and cook it till ghee comes out from it. Then add cashews, almonds and chiroji to it and cook for 2 minutes, then after turning off the gas, mix elchi and nutmeg powder in it. And keep it on the side to cool down.
6.
Now place a plate of potato pudding in the bottom of a plate. Then place a ring on it and again keep potato pudding in the middle. On top of the ring, make a small ball of potato pudding and place a piece of cherry on it and serve potato ring samosa by decorating it with almond cherry and halwa.
