Methods
  • 1. Wash and dry the bhindi thoroughly. Then cut the bhindi into small pieces
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin, coriander, fennel seeds.
  • 3. Then add bhindi. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. When the bhindi becomes a little cooked then add all the spices.
  • 4. Mix all well. And when the bhindi is cooked well. Then add salt and lemon juice.
  • 5. Mouthwatering Achari Bhindi Masala is ready. Serve hot with parathas or chapatis.
