Ingredients For Aaloo paratha

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add wheat flour and salt, mix well.Using little by little water knead soft dough. Cover and keep aside.
  • 2. In another bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, chilli garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, dill leaves and salt. Mix well.
  • 3. Now take medium portion from dough, roll in dry flour and roll small puri, put 2tbsp filling in it.
  • 4. Cover it and press it lightly, again roll in dry flour and roll medium sized roti.
  • 5. Heat tawa and cook paratha on both sides till done,apply oil on both sides till crisp. Aaloo paratha is ready to serve.
