Ingredients For Aloo Methi Palak Sarso Wale Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fist of all heat kadai, add mustard oil.
  • 2. Once it gets heated, add methi dana, then put boiled potatoes and fry till golden brown.
  • 3. Take the potatoes in a bowl. Again heat the oil
  • 4. Put chopped green chili , garlic paste, sautĂ©. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft, then add mustard paste.
  • 5. Add dry masalas into the mustard paste.
  • 6. Add salt and cook. Then add chopped spinach and methi leaves.
  • 7. Mix it well, once the masala leaves the kadai, put water and let it boil.
  • 8. Once the gravy boils, put the potatoes and cook for a while.
  • 9. Serve this sabji with steamed rice.
