1.
Take one pan add chopped apples, cinnamon stick, lemon juice and honey then cover the pan and allow it to cook on low heat till the chopped apple is soft.

Keep stirring at intervals so that the butter does not stick to the pan.
3.
Once done allow it to cool, remove the cinnamon stick place the cooked apples in a food processor and blend till you get a smooth paste.
