In a bowl, mash the ripe banana and strawberry with the fork until only small chunks remain. Add the milk, vanilla extract and oil and mix until combined.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, powderd sugar, baking powder and salt.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp the pancake batter on the hot pan, cook 3-4 minutes or until bubbles forms over the surface of the pancake. Then flip and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and keep it in a plate. Make all pancakes like this method. Serve hot with honey and chopped almonds.
