Wash bathua leaves and boil with 1 glass of water in pressure cooker. After 1 whistle off the flame and after releasing the steam open the lid and keep bathua leaves in colander.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add hing and cumin seeds. When its crackled add drained bathua leaves , salt and red chili powder and mix.

Cook till all the moisture evaporates. Remove from heat And keep it in a plate.

In a bowl add wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt and ajwain. Make soft dough adding with sufficient water. Rest for 5 minutes.

Make small sized balls from prepared wheat flour dough. Flattened and fill small portion of cooked bathua leaves in the middle of the poori..

Cover and roll it with rolling pin dust with some wheat flour. Make round shape poori.

Heat oil in a pan and add prepared poori. Fry till golden brown in color from both the sides. Make all kachori like this.
8.
Serve hot bathua kachori with aaloo ki sabji and turmarind chutney.
