Take a wok heat oil. Add garlic Saute it. Add all the vegetables. Fry it. Mix salt and black pepper. Cook it for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Keep aside.

Make white sauce. In a sauce pan add butter and all purpose flour. Roast it on low heat. Gradually add milk. Stir continuesly and make lump free sauce. Add water , salt, oregano and black pepper powder.

Now mix tossed vegetables and pasta. Mix it well.

In a pan apply butter . Toast the bread slices from both the sides.

Take one bread slice. Spread 1-2 tbsp pasta. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano.Serve it immediately
