Methods
  • 1. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for half an hour and make a raita
  • 2. Boil the cubed beetroot in a pan and add the 1 tsp Sugar to remove the bitterness and blend in the blender to make a paste
  • 3. Beat the hung curd add mayonnaise and fresh cream and mix well.
  • 4. Add olive oil salt white pepper and mix well.
  • 5. Add beetroot paste and flax seeds powder and mix well
