Take a pan, heat the oil and add garlic, onion, carrot and beetroot, saute it, add chopped beans,salt, chilli powder and garam masala and tomato sauce and mix it

Then add boiled mashed potatoes and bread crumbs, mix well and off the gas

When it becomes cool, make the tikkies and stick the sesame and shallow fried it in nonstick pan and serve with tomato sauce
