How to make Beetroot soup Recipe

1. In a non-stick pan saute chopped onion and garlic.
2. Add beetroot and stir. Then add black pepper powder and salt.
3. Now add two cups of water, cover and cook till it is almost done.
4. After cooling, blend it to smooth puree.
5. Heat the soup and garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
