Ingredients For Bhagara Malai Kofta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take rice wash and soak 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat a pressure cooker pour ghee add whole spices fry well.
  • 3. Then add ginger garlic paste cook well until rawness left.
  • 4. Then add onion,chilli slices fry 2 minutes.
  • 5. Then add garam masala keep cook then add rest of all veggies.
  • 6. Add salt fry 2 minutes once it's softened.
  • 7. Add rice,salt,mint coriander fry well then add water as like 1:2.
  • 8. Close lid allow to get 3 whistles then take out.
  • 9. Take a serving plate place kofta gravy keep bhagara rice kofta on top decorate bay leaf and sprinkle coriander.
  • 10. Ready to serve.
