Ingredients For French fries Rajma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Turn on gas take a pan add 2 spoon oil and fry the tomatoes, onion, chilli, ginger garlic paste for 2 minutes. When it cools down make paste of it.
  • 2. Now add another 2 spoon oil in pan and fry the potato stick until it gets soft and transfer to another bowl.
  • 3. In the leftover oil add the paste in the pan and fry for 2 minutes. After this add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt according to taste and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add garam masala with boiled Rajma and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame and turn off flame.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander, French fries. Serve with rice or roti.
