Clean and wash bathua leaves. Steam in the pressure cooker. Once cooled, strain and mash it Add green chilly,coriander leaves,ginger paste,asafoetida,chilly flakes.,salt and boiled and mashed potato and mix well.

Now add wheat flour and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well. Make a soft dough. Divide the dough into round balls and roll it. Place the paratha on the hot pan. Apply clarified butter on both the sides. Serve hot.
