Ingredients For BHINDI DOPYAJA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash lady fingers. Dry it with kitchen towel. Cut it into pieces.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds , garlic and chopped onion . Saute it on low medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • 3. In another wok heat 1 tbsp oil, add roughly chopped onion and green chilli, cook it until onion becomes translucent.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Now add fried Bhindi in it. Mix it gently, cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Bhindi Dopyaja is ready to serve.
