Methods
  • 1. Take bread and remove the sides of the bread. Crumbled all bread pieces with the hands.
  • 2. Add sufficient milk in crumbled bread and mix .Make a free lumps soft dough.Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 3. In a pan add water and Suger for Suger syrup. Boil till Suger dissolves in water completely. Add crushed cardamom and saffron stand .Make a thick consistency of sugar syrup not make any strings consistency.
  • 4. Take dough of bread and divide it in equal parts. Grease your hands with ghee and make a round flat shaped balls.
  • 5. Heat ghee in a pan and fry all bread balls in medium flame .fry till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  • 6. Remove from heat and add in prepared Suger syrup. Rest this for 5-10 minutes in sugar syrup.
  • 7. After 10 minutes remove from Suger syrup and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
