Ingredients For Raw Mango Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash,Peel and grate raw mango with the help of grater. Keep it in a bowl with phitkari and 2 cup of water. Cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  • 2. After 4 hours keep it in strainer and wash them well under the running water. Form this method all sourness gone of raw mango.
  • 3. Boil milk in a kadhai or pan.when its come to boil reduce heat from high to low.
  • 4. Boil milk till it reduced half. In a bowl add 2 tap milk and Add saffron. Keep aside.
  • 5. When milk reduce to half add grated mango.cook on low flame
  • 6. Add mawa,suger ,cardamom powder and saffron milk and cook.stir continuously.
  • 7. When the kheer starts thickens and the mango softened add some chopped almonds and pistachios. Stir and Mix everything well
  • 8. Off the flame and kheer remove from heat. Cool down in room temperature.
  • 9. Keep it in a bowl and keep it in fridge . Serve chilled garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and silver verk.
