Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for two an hour. Then take a utensil and boil water in it and then put salt in the rice.
  • 2. Then when the rice is cooked take the water out from the rice. After that our rice is ready
  • 3. Now take a frying pan and put oil n ghee in it. After that put cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves, cardamoms in it
  • 4. Then cut green chilli and onion and put in it. Then grind the carrots and put it in the rice. Then put all the masala in it.
  • 5. Then put the rice in the same frying pan. Then cover it with the cap for 5-7 minutes.
  • 6. Tasty carrot rice is ready.
