Ingredients For Chana Masala

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil, add jeera and hing. Put ginger garlic paste.
  • 2. Then add onion paste. Cook till the masala turns light golden brown. Put tomato paste.
  • 3. Now add all dry masala, salt. Cook till masala leaves oil.
  • 4. Now put boiled kabuli chana into the masala. Add salt to taste.
  • 5. Mix it well, add water and pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistles.
  • 6. Cool it , open the lid. Add amchur powder, garnish with slit green chili and serve.
