Methods
  • 1. Soak whole garam masala in vinegar for an hour and now add in the blender with ginger ,garlic,turmeric powder and coriander powder to make a smooth paste. Wash and marinate chicken pieces with whole garam masala ,ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • 2. Keep aside for 4 - 5 hours Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute until brown and now add chicken pieces and kashmiri mirch powder cover it and cook in a medium flame for ten mins or until oil leaves the pan.
  • 3. Add one cup of water and bring to boil. Once boiled slow the flame and cook for five mins.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • 5. Serve with steamed rice.
