Soak whole garam masala in vinegar for an hour and now add in the blender with ginger ,garlic,turmeric powder and coriander powder to make a smooth paste. Wash and marinate chicken pieces with whole garam masala ,ginger garlic paste and salt.

Keep aside for 4 - 5 hours Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute until brown and now add chicken pieces and kashmiri mirch powder cover it and cook in a medium flame for ten mins or until oil leaves the pan.

Add one cup of water and bring to boil. Once boiled slow the flame and cook for five mins.

Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
