Chocolate Muffins

This chocolate muffin recipe goes over so well with kids. These muffins are perfect for anyone who loves chocolates. I always made these tasty muffins whenever there is a get together at our house. These muffins are eggless and easy to make. You can serve these muffins hot or you can store it for 3-4 days in air tight container. Whenever guests comes you can serve hot by microwave it for 1-2 minutes.

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl.
  • 2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and coco powder into it and mix it well.
  • 3. Now sieve it for 2 times.
  • 4. Meanwhile prĂ© heat the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degree Celsius .
  • 5. Take another bowl and add butter into it.
  • 6. Beat it using beater until colour changes from dark yellow to whiteish yellow.
  • 7. Add milk into it and again beat it. Do not over beat.
  • 8. Now add all the dry ingredients and mix it using spatula.
  • 9. Lastly add chocolate essence and mix it.
  • 10. Take silicone cup cake molds and grease it using butter.
  • 11. Now using spoon pour the mixture into molds.
  • 12. Tap to molds & sprinkle chocolates and put it into oven for baking for 20-25 minutes on 180 degree Celsius.
  • 13. Check it using toothpicks after 20 minutes.
  • 14. If toothpick comes out clean then muffins are ready else bake it again for 5 minutes.
  • 15. Serve hot.
