Ingredients For Chocolate truffle cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all we will prepare sponge chocolate cake.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl, strain maida, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate and coca powder.
  • 3. Now mix the dry ingredients and put aside.
  • 4. Take another mixing bowl, add condensed milk, curd, butter and vanilla essence. Mix it well.
  • 5. Now slowly put the dry ingredients into the wet one, add required amount of milk to form batter
  • 6. Now beat it well n make the batter fluffy. Put the cake in a greased mould.
  • 7. Bake this at 150degree for 25 to 30 mins.
  • 8. Meanwhile, take a pan melt the chocolate bar,now cool the cake, cut into 2 equal halves.
  • 9. Spread the melted chocolate between the cake. Now spread over the cake n level it
  • 10. Melt the dark chocolate, cool it n make small balls out of it
  • 11. Now decorate this chocolate cake with chocolate balls, cherries, silver balls n chocolate sticks and serve.
